About the IPEC Cohort
Building on the success of previous cohorts, the IPEC Cohort 25/26 continues to support councils in tackling complex challenges through innovation procurement. This fully funded programme is designed to enhance the confidence and capabilities of professionals across procurement, legal, finance, transformation, and service delivery.
By working alongside councils on live, end-to-end procurement processes, we help unlock new opportunities, accelerate culture shifts, and drive lasting change. If your council is looking to procure innovation, attract new resources, or secure sponsorship to address a pressing challenge, we invite you to join us on this journey.
