Planning and Regeneration
Effective planning requires processes that benefit from new digital and integrated technology in assessing, monitoring, documenting, communicating, and construction.

Housing and Commercial Property
From retrofit to new builds - innovations support improved social housing, better management and maintenance, or excellent functionality and performance.

Whether you want to reduce emissions, protect people and assets, or grow your areas participation in the UK's growing green economy.
And we are keen to hear of any other barriers you have where you think innovation can make a difference - as highlighted by your local growth plans, for example.
