🚀 IPEC launches sentiment analysis report on driving innovation through procurement! IPEC commissioned *Ortus Economic Research Ltd to conduct this research to understand key challenges local authorities face in using procurement as a tool for innovation. By understanding these barriers, we can better support public sector agencies in solving urgent problems faster, cheaper and with greater impact. 💡 Our findings reveal that only 14% of respondents are highly aware of innovation procurement, while 19% have no awareness at all, emphasising an urgent need for increased awareness of innovation procurement across the public sector.
